Today we began exploring the terminology used to identify First Nations, Inuit and Metis to begin to put goethe's a stronger understanding of their identities.
We also looked at two Origin Stories.

Today we looked at the origins stories for First Nations in B.C as well as in Ontario,
Afterwords students were tasked with finding a third Aboriginal Origin Story.

Today we looked at Origin Stories of the Haida, and students were tasked with discovering their own Origin Story on-line. They were also tasked with reading the introductory section of the textbook (pg.8-15).

Today we looked at the Political Spectrum and how it was formed out of the French Revolution. Students filled in a chart and then began working on their Canada Eh Activities.

Today we looked at differing World Views between First Peoples and Canadians. Students took notes on this and then continued working on their assignments from yesterday for the Introduction.
