Me

My name is Mr. Koe. I recently finished my practicum at Heritage Park Middle School. My area of expertise is in History, Geography, and I'm thrilled to be working in the district I grew up in! I truly believe that teaching is the best job in the world and am excited to grow and learn with each of you, my students, this year.

My Education

I graduated from Mission Secondary School.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts at Columbia Bible College specializing in Youth Work.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Fraser Valley majoring in History, with a minor in Geography.

I recently graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Education.

My Hobbies and Interests

I love the outdoors, whether it's going on a walk, or taking a long hike, there's so much to experience in the wilderness, so I'll endeavour to incorporate outdoor education into our classroom when it will enhance our learning. I also enjoy cooking, running, and competing in races.
