Today I handed back the tests on the Mapping Quiz of Canada. For those students that did not pass the test, you're welcome to re-take it at your earliest convenience. Please feel free to come and talk to me and we will set up a time for your to re-write it.

Afterwords we looked at when we construct time lines and what purpose they serve in both schools and real life. Students then were tasked with finding some information on a series of events from 1919 to 1939.

Today students worked on the Map of the Pacific, and looking at what countries were neutral, allied or axis controlled during WWII.

Today we began our exploration of the Pacific Campaign by looking at the attack on Pearl Harbour. The students read an article about one of the heroes from the Pearl Harbour attack and then continued on by beginning to look at Japanese Interment Camps during the War.
