Today students had a quiz on the Map of Canada with an emphasis on British Columbia. Afterwords they began a map activity for Europe.

Today students watched a clip from "Saving Private Ryan" on the Normandy Invasion. Afterwords they looked at the Battle of the Bulge and the conquest of Germany by the allied nations. Afterwords they were given some time to finish their Normandy Beach Landings assignments.

Today students began work on the Missing Timeline between 1920-1939. They were tasked with looking up multiple dates, putting them in chronological order, then looking up specific events and writing a summary for them.
