Today we continued our exploration of the Holocaust by looking at what was happening in Eastern Europe with the Einzatsgruppen (Death Sqauds), the Ghetto's and the Concentration Camps.

Today we began our exploration of the Great Depression in the United States. Much of the information was review from what we had learned in Canada, with the introduction of two new things: The Okies, migrant workers from Oklahoma moving west to California and President Hoover and his laissez faire government.
