Today was a catch up day for the students. They were tasked with finishing some projects about advertisement as well as working on many of the Shakespeare worksheets that have not been submitted.

English 8

Today we read Ch 20, 21 and 22 of the Hunger Games. Afterwords the students answered some comprehension questions.

Today we joined Mr. Colegate's class for a WWI project. The students were shown a PPT on some Heroes from WWI at the Battle of Vimy Ridge. Afterwords they were put into groups and given specific units to research.

Today we began watching a film in class, 'Last of the Mohicans'. This action packed film explores the French and Indian War of 1756-1763 in the Ohio River Valley. The students were tasked with answering some questions in regards to the film.
