Today we continued working on the 'Found Poetry' worksheets and began exploring the 'Sonnet's of William Shakespeare'.

Today we read Chapter 11-12 of the Hunger Games and Students answered Questions from the Text.

Today we continued our exploration of the battles that occurred in 1915-1916 by looking at the Battle of Jutland, the Battle of Verdun and the Battle of the Somme. Students were also shown some of the different animal that helped service the war effort.

Afterwords students were given time to work on past assignments.

Today we began our exploration of the Foundation of New France by looking at how first people arrived in North America. The students were tasked with exploring the Eastern Woodlands Culture of Indigenous People in the Crossroads Textbook.
