Today we began our class by looking at the German War plan for WW1, the Schliefflan Plan. We then briefly looked at Trench Warfare by looking at some excerpts from the film, 'All Quiet on the Western Front'. Students were then given time to work on some past assignments in class.

English 8

Today the students wrote a test on Ch. 1-3 of the Hunger Games. Afterwords we read Chapter 10.

English 9

Today students worked on a 'Found Poetry' using Shakespeare Quotes. They were tasked with utilizing 10 lines to create a poem and repeating that 4x. Next class we will have a gallery walk of the different Poems.
