Today we finished watching 'Remember the Titans' and discussing Racism in our Society.

Today we began our discussion on Racism and exploring that by watching the issue through 'Remember the Titans'.

Today students explored the Gold Rush in B.C. They continued working on the 6 handouts from the previous class.

Today students finished up the exploration of the history of Canada by looking at the trans-continental railroad. Afterwords we did a Kahoot on the History of Canada in order to review for the test on Friday.

Today we began our exploration of 'The Age of Exploration' when Europeans began to travel around the world in search of Gold, Glory and God.

We went to the computer lab and students worked on gaining some base knowledge before diving into the unit.
