Today in class we worked on two different poems, 'The Seven Ages of Man' by William Shakespeare and 'To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time' by Robert Herrick. Both of these poems deal with the themes of life and youthfulness.

Today in class we worked on better understanding Metaphors by examining Robert Frost's poem 'The Road Not Taken' as well as exploring the stages of life in 'The Seven Ages of Man' by William Shakespeare.

In Socials we began a graphic organizer on the American Revolution. Students began researching key words as well as events that took place to better understand some of the causes that lead to the Revolution movement in the colonies.
