Good Morning Everyone :)
Block A/F
Today we explored the political division that occurred shortly after the Tennis Court Oath. We did a Four Corners activity where students took a stance on a specific statement, such as " I am responsible for only me" to "Homework should be banned" :) We laughed and listened to our peers as we discussed that politics revolves around circumstances and can be quite challenging to have a specific stance on something because a small bit of information can easily persuade us to move.
We worked on our Journal Entry #4 - Storming the Bastille
I gave students a handout on the political parties of the French Revolution which can be found here.
Block B/D, E/H
B/D: First block we did a book exchange and then we opted to spend the class catching up on missing homework and assignments. 2nd Block we finished First Knight.
E/H: We began watching "First Knight" and finished watching "First Knight" and responded to a teacher evaluation worksheet.
The First Knight worksheet can be found here.
The evaluation sheet can be found here.
